Who We Are
Pregnancy & Fatherhood Solutions is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving El Paso, TX, and surrounding communities including Horizon, Fabens, Canutillo, Anthony, and Socorro. We empower women and families facing unexpected pregnancies by providing accurate information, free services, and practical support in a holistic and compassionate environment. 100% of our funding comes from the generosity of individuals, businesses, and organizations in our community, and all donations are tax-deductible. Our mission is to ensure every client receives the care and attention they need to make informed decisions for themselves and their future.
Medical Licenses
Pregnancy & Fatherhood Solutions operates under the guidance of licensed medical professionals to ensure every client receives safe and accurate care. Our team includes a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer and is overseen by a Medical Director who is a Family Nurse Practitioner – Certified (FNP-C). With this medical oversight, we are able to provide quality pregnancy services, including limited ultrasounds*, with excellence and compassion.

Years of Operation
Founded in 1981 as El Pasoans for Life, Inc., our organization has been serving the El Paso region for more than four decades. With nearly 45 years of dedication to women, men, and families, we have grown alongside our community to meet the changing needs of those facing unexpected pregnancies. Our long-standing presence reflects both stability and trust, ensuring that clients know they can turn to us for consistent, compassionate support.
